Ledger Agent
Every movement of the firm's money, from the moment it lands on a feed to the moment it stands on a dashboard. The agents capture each movement whole, screen it against the firm's own history, match it to the invoice or bill it settles, carry it through the close and the filings, and publish only numbers a closed ledger line stands behind. A person decides three things: whether a held payment moves, whether the month closes, and what goes out over the firm's name. Six stations, run as a loop: the duplicate station 3 traces becomes the merge rule station 1 runs tomorrow, and the hold a person releases becomes a pattern station 2 clears on its own.

A person is in the loop wherever money moves on a judgment, a period closes, or something goes out over the firm's name. Three stations refuse to proceed on their own: Payment Screening (2), where a held payment never releases itself; Month-End Close (4), where the month closes on a signature; and Compliance Filing (5), where a filing is signed, never sent for you. Everywhere else the agents capture, match, carry and publish, and reach you only when the decision is yours.
The loop closes
Station 3's traced break becomes station 1's merge rule tomorrow, and a hold you release at station 2 becomes a pattern the screen clears on its own next month. The books teach the capture; the capture cleans the books.
