Paperwork Agent
Every document a client sends, from the tray it lands in to the record it becomes in the client's own system. The agents sort it, read it, check it, chase what is missing, post what is complete, and hand a person only the records where a value needs their judgment or a rule change needs their name. Six stations, run as a loop: the corrections a person makes at station 4 and the failures station 5 holds become the rules station 6 proposes, and an accepted rule changes how station 1 sorts and station 2 reads tomorrow.

A person is in the loop wherever a value enters a client's system on doubt, or a rule that governs the agents changes. Two stations refuse to proceed on their own, Exception Review and Batch Close, and those are the two a person carries. Everywhere else the agents sort, read, check, chase and post, and reach you only when the call is yours to make.

Station 6 does not end the day. The hours-cell correction a person made three times at station 4 becomes the capture rule station 2 reads with tomorrow, and the mapping fix signed at station 6 is the mapping station 5 posts under next.
